Pastelitos Café was born from the dream and determination of a father named José. It all started in the small kitchen of his apartment, where he prepared traditional Venezuelan pastelitos filled with flavor and love. With a simple truck and a heart full of hope, he began visiting local businesses, offering pastelitos to workers. He would always say with a smile, “The first one is free — it’s on me.” And that’s how everything began: they loved them so much that they kept coming back to buy more.

The effort didn’t stop there. In time, José transformed the garage of his home into his new workspace, and day after day he went out in his truck again—this time with his daughter by his side—sharing the flavors of his homeland with the community. It was a period of sacrifice, but also one filled with hope and purpose.

Through hard work and the support of a small investment, he was finally able to open the doors of what is now Pastelitos Café, a space built with love, simplicity, and the desire to offer something truly authentic.
